Potato Pinups.

What started as a joke at a car show in the summer of 2012 soon became something much more real. Thus the Potato Pinups were born as an organization dedicated to the promotion of a dying art from. Through the philosophy that ALL women are beautiful The Potato Pinups seek to revitalize the Pinup Genre in our community and beyond. We want our members to feel empowered to make a difference in the lives of others. We want to develop a community that will both discuss and support our alternative interests. We strive to educate woman on the true meaning of beauty, both inside and out. We want to encourage our members to thrive within themselves. We believe being a woman is a gift and being a lady is the ultimate title. We are proud and excited to spread the Pinup Revolution!

2014.

I began with the Potato Pinups in 2014. My first year was such a learning experience! I went to over 15 car shows, fundraisers, benefits, and cruises. In addition, I entered my first pinup contest and won a plaque in Idaho City. The women I get to work with in this group have taught me so much and encouraged me to grow in strength and inner beauty.

2015.

Car shows, fundraisers, contests oh my.  2015 Was packed full of events to support local families, veterans, holidays, businesses, car clubs, etc. The ladies had fun lookin good while giving back to the community. Clocking in over 30 hours of community service apiece that equals to over 700 combined hours this year.  The end of the year brought in a reapplication process to the group and an open enrollment for new members. We hope to see many new smiling faces in our pinup community.

2016.

My how the year flies by, so many events to attend and people to meet. Our group is made up of many social butterflies with hearts of gold. This year, we were blessed to be invited to assist in causes this year, including: memorial dedications, personal medical crisis/help, animal rescue, and soldier support (including care packages and letters to our troops) as well as many other events.
